Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Well done to year 5 for being tops class with 97.9% last week
Whole school average 95.8% - target 96 %, so
Unless the Government allocates more money, schools will lose £3 billion a year in real terms by 2020.
98% of schools' costs are rising faster than their income.
Well done year 2 - 99%!
And well done years 3, 4, 5 and 6 for improvements on last week - all above target now
Whole school average - 96.9% yay!

Reconsider The National Funding Formula so that NO child at school will LOSE out.
Some schools will suffer £1000's in cuts over the next 3 years under the NFF. The Government should reconsider the introduction of the National Funding Formula and commit to provide additional funding to schools in more deprived areas without cutting funding to schools already struggling.

At GUNTER, we are currently reviewing our approach to managing behaviour. As part of this process, we are interested in your views as a parent about what works well in school, and how we could make things even better.
To help us do this, we would like to invite you to take part in an online survey about behaviour at GUNTER.
The survey only takes about five minutes to complete, and your responses will be completely anonymous – no one will be able to identify you from the answers that you provide. We will also be asking the children about their views in the coming weeks.
To take part in the survey, visit beaconschoolsupport.co.uk/survey.
The information you need to log into the site is:
School code: |
GNTR |
Passcode: |
211666 |
But be quick! The survey is only available until 31/03/2017 – after that, you will be unable to register your views.
If you have any questions about the survey, please do not hesitate to speak to myself or another member of staff.
There will be laptops available for use on Wednesday 22nd March (parent’s evening) for any parents who wish to use them.
Best class this week - year 1 with 99.3% WOW!
Whole school average 95.1% - below target
