Curriculum Workshop September 2024
It was wonderful that so many parents could join us at our information session last week. We hope that you found it useful. Below is the PowerPoint that we used for the session. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact a member of the team.
Gruffalo Crumble April 2024
Year 2 loved making their Gruffalo crumbles. They followed instructions, measured out ingredients, worked as team and most importantly had lots of fun!
Gruffalo Picnic
Year 2 invited families in to school to share Julia Donaldson stories and Gruffalo crumble which the children made themselves. Thank you to everybody who came, we hoped you enjoyed the afternoon with your children.
World Book Day 2024
Year 2 had great fun on World Book Day. We dressed up as eco warriors and endangered animals, enjoyed an eco assembly by the RSPCA, listened to a story read by Mrs McConnell about looking after our world and environment and enjoyed sharing our favourite stories with year 3.
Red Nose Day 2024
On Red Nose Day, year 2 came to school with crazy hair and mismatched outfits. We had a fantastic time!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
