At the beginning of each academic year all children in Key Stage 2 have the opportunity to apply to become a member of one of our 'crews'. Following the application process children are selected to represent the school for the whole year. All crews work together to enhance school life and the environment through developing our physical, social and emotional well being.
Eco Crew
All children have the opportunity to be in the Eco Crew that is coordinated by Mrs Higgins. The crew meet regularly to organise events and discuss topical environmental issues. Throughout the year the crew will organise whole school events and involve many more children in these.

Wellbeing Crew
The Wellbeing Crew was created in 2023 and is continuing to grow. Mrs McConnell and Mrs Somerville are responsible for coordinating this crew. At the beginning of the academic year children were asked to express their interest and complete an application letter. Children have recently been given a further opportunity to join the crew. Throughout the year the children are involved in a range of activities but one of their most important jobs is to support children at lunch times. They do this by using the rainbow bench.
