Help and Support

We work in partnership with AO to help those families in extreme hardship when needing to purchase or replace white goods - a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine or tumble dryer.
We also work Dreams after we saw a rise in requests for beds and bedding over concerns relating to children's sleeping arrangements.
To help with the purchase of everyday essentials you can also apply for grocery or clothing vouchers, and in some cases, we can send vouchers towards the purchase of smaller kitchen appliances and utility vouchers to support the cost of running a home**.
These grants can make a huge difference to family life.
To make an application for a grant, please visit the link below:

**Please note, Energy/Utility Vouchers will only work for applicants that have prepay meters. The vouchers will not work for Direct Debit or bill paying customers. They will not work for British Gas customers either (as BG do not participate in this scheme).
